At KONCEPT 22, we want to make sure shopping at our online store is as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. SHIPPING POLICY
If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our warehouse or our partner's warehouse within 3-5 business days from receiving your order. Most of our shipments are handled by UPS. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.
When your order is packed and on its way, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number and an estimated date of the delivery.
- For large furniture, and larger orders: We may ship your order with a special carrier, depending on the size of the package. You will be contacted directly by email after you placed the order with more information about delivery time and dates. Please see below for details. ​
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150. ​
We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 for all orders under $ 149.​
We ship all orders within the United States. We do not ship outside of The United States at this time.

LARGE ORDERS
Sofas, Large or bulky furniture, and large quantity orders are shipped with a special carrier depending on the destination.
You will be contacted directly regarding the delivery time, as it varies depending on the country.
Your order is delivered to street level only, and will not be carried inside at your destination address.
The customer is responsible for the disposal of pallets and other packaging used in connection with the delivery.

DELIVERY TIME
Please note that the listed lead time on the product page is only an estimated delivery time.
Please allow 3-5 business days for packing. You will receive an e-mail from the shipping company with a tracking number and a more specific delivery date.
Made-to-order items are sent by ship from Denmark. Please note, that production time plus ocean freight is approximately 8-16 weeks.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Koncept 22 (K22) accepts returns within 14 days of your receipt of an item. The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened and unused.​
You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all returns excluding accessories (unless you received a damaged item).
Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the total purchase price. Restocking fee is waived for returns of accessories.
Returns on Made-to-order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only.​
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed.
If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days.​ Be sure to retain the original packing materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for returns.​
K22 reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.​
If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee.​
Your initial delivery fee is not refundable.​
Prices paid at the time of purchase are final. Returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
